Towards this, we have taken several initiatives towards building the right team. MTH believes in world-class service and this is achieved by sourcing the right talent. All MTH store staff go through a well-structured training program at our Maniram Deewan Indian Tea Academy(MDITA). Most MTH’s employees are deliberately chosen from disadvantaged sections of society – those with limited opportunity for economic advancement.
